1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.
If your area is not serviced by our courier partners, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or a full refund.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order within the following time frames:

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping Fee: PKR [250]
Free Shipping:Only Available for Power Plus Weight Gainer.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are shipped with a trackable service, and tracking details will be shared via SMS/email after dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email or SMS. If you don’t receive tracking information within 48 hours of your order, please contact us.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
